Critical to achieving the greatest value from a 360° feedback process, in the Enquire phase, is a thorough participant CBS360 Kick-Off session prior to launching the CBS360 survey process.
This recommended two-hour session is conducted prior to launching the CBS360 surveys and fully briefs individuals about the program’s purpose, outcomes and process. Also covered is the survey collection process, what to expect and when, introduction to The Development Platform, protocols around confidentiality and anonymity, and a brief introduction to the CBS360 model.
Once the Kick-Off session is complete, the CBS360 survey collection process can begin.
