CLS360 Pulse
Leadership behaviour can change—individual initiative, context change, and other people all contribute to a leader’s behaviour at any point in time.
Highly effective leaders set goals and work on improvement in all domains of their lives, including their behaviour. Research is very clear about what behaviours result in effectiveness both for the leader and the people they lead.
Working out what to change and then how to go about it is the first step in achieving improved leadership.
The CLS360 Pulse builds on the leader’s CLS360 results, providing a practical development planning system that generates individualised development plans, specific actions, and behaviours to develop. These specific improvement actions are then loaded into a system that regularly (e.g., monthly) sends out a survey to key people to provide the leader with feedback about progress. Regular feedback is critical to maintaining momentum and course correction.
