Critical to achieving the greatest value from a 360° feedback process, in the Enquire phase, is a thorough participant CLS360 Kick-Off session prior to launching the CLS360 survey process.
This recommended two-hour session is conducted prior to launching the CLS360 surveys and fully briefs Leaders about the program’s purpose, outcomes and process. Also covered is the survey collection process, what to expect and when, introduction to The Development Platform, protocols around confidentiality and anonymity, and a brief introduction to the CLS360.
Once the Kick-Off session is complete, the CLS360 survey collection process can begin.
