Margherita Larné-Jones – Director

With more than 24 years in her field, Margherita has earned a reputation as a practice leader and consultant in organisational effectiveness working with some of Australia’s most respected organisations, both as an in-house and external consultant.


Some of Margherita’s major career highlights have seen her working as an Organisational Development Advisor for one of Australia’s largest retail employers and a Change Leader in one of Australia's most respected financial institutions.

With Margherita’s effective change leadership capabilities she has played a key organisational change role in a number of significant organisational change initiatives such as: leading the change management initiatives from a national retail store operations redesign project; leading the Deployment/People Transition work stream from an business improvement project; managing the organisational change initiatives resulting from an acquisition; leading the change management components of a $19 million Operational Efficiency Change Program; and designing, developing, and implementing a transition skilling program for a $40 million Business Process Re-engineering Change Program.

Margherita’s depth and breadth of OD consulting experience ably equips her to support organisational culture transformation, group development, and leadership development. Her strategic OD expertise has assisted large systems to plan and implement cultural change initiatives to meet business outcomes. Margherita's approach to team effectiveness has enabled teams to work more cohesively and effectively. Her executive coaching and leadership development is solution focused—a focus on both the outcome and personal insight.
