For consultants; coaches; and OD, HR, and L&D practitioners, we equip these professionals with the latest research, tools, and practices by offering a Certification Program. On-going professional development opportunities are provided along with membership to the Community of Practice.
Quentin and Margherita also provide consulting and coaching services as part of their leadership of the CLS360 Pty. Ltd. business.
We provide our assessments and development programs to:
- Organisations — to build internal capability and address their specific objectives around retention, leadership, motivation, and organisational productivity.
- Consultants — who run their own consulting businesses and want to integrate our assessments and development programs with their clients.
